Pain in the butt to use

By far one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. It crashes all of the time and has issues with logging me in and actually opening when I want to use it. It needs a serious overhaul to make it even remotely usable and not as frustrating to use. We’re in the 21st century here and I would think that a developer would spend more money on making the app usable instead of spending it all on a flashy app icon.

Fix your app

The payment processor doesn’t work anymore on a card I’ve used with it for over a year. What’s the point of having an app to pay for parking…if you can’t actually pay for the parking?
