First off cabin was very dated and needed some TLC inside and out . Went in and did a walk around to check for things . Found kitchen window was off track and not even in frame , but did call and they sent out maintenance to fix since it was a security issue . Patio fireplace was out of propane but told maintenance man and he replaced but couldn’t get fireplace to work . Sit down video game turned on but you couldn’t see the image on screen .TV didn’t work in one of the bedrooms and projector system in theater room turned on but we couldn’t figure out how to get to work with no instructions . Had a overwhelming abundance of big ants in bathroom, we went out and bought some ant baits to take care of the problem ourselves. Don’t want to bash this company cuz we had a great vacation with the kids but just wish they would put a little TLC back into their properties. Will be back again but will make sure to bring my handyman bag .

The app doesn’t give much more info than you get from a website. We couldn’t check in or out using the app. We couldn’t leave our review on the app because it said we needed to check out first then said we needed to check in. The concierge link is only to call and not for messaging.

Unfortunately the house was not very clean. We found multiple hairs inside the microwave and also inside the “clean towels” in the hallway closet. The pool was very dirty with bugs. We used the pool skimmer to get rid of as many bugs as we could which lead to the skimmer breaking shortly after using it. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable it felt like the box spring was broken so I slept on the couch. The toilet in the bathroom next to the master bedroom kept running water all day and night which lead to not being able to sleep due to the noise. The beds were to small for my tall teens so they ended up sleeping on the floor. Overall the home needs a real deep cleaning.

The remote check in did not work. Had to call the office to get code information to access the cabin.

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa had everything we needed and more. The complaint is our neighbor Nancy was a bit intrusive. She watched us as we left and returned back to villa. Extremely uncomfortable to be under 24 hour surveillance.
