Radisson Hotels Americas for Android

This is the most dysfunctional application in the App Store. I even tried calling customer service and they didn’t help either. Do yourself a favor and download literally any other hotel application besides this one if you want book a hotel.

Cannot get logged in when using the app. Keeps saying your connection is not stable. Go online on my Mobile via website and everything is fine.

Unable to sign in, with the error “Your connection is not stable.”

I’m a new download. I’ve been trying for over an hour to connect the add to the website account. The app continually says “Your connection is unstable.” and gives a button to accept. Then it says it again. Then it says it again. Etc. All the while I’m connected to the same wifi network on my laptop. On top of that, the website says it cannot find my reservation. I called the hotel because I’m afraid I’ll drive ten hours and have to sleep in my car. Hotel says they have me, but tell me that the conf code should be eight digits. I gave eight letters and numbers, but whatever. Then the hotel won’t give me the real conf code because they cannot verify my identity. Good security I guess, but I don’t get how verifying my own res carries a potential threat. It’s 2022. Signing up for stuff shouldn’t be this hard.

I have never once been able to login to the app. Every time I try, it immediately throws an error, “Your connection is not stable.” On cellular with full bars, or connected to wifi. Deleted and reinstalled, same error. Worst experience I’ve had with any app.
