Scam

Thought it would be a nice quick ride and it would not let me end it when I slid over on the app. It ended up charging me over $20 and it could’ve only been a $10 ride.

Terrible

This is the worst idea ever! Picked up one of their scooters in Honolulu, only to be told the only place I could drop off it was the same place I picked it up at. What is the purpose of that? When I called customer service after having been charge for 35 minutes on a five minute ride, was told that somebody would get back to me within 72 hours. Meanwhile I’m being charged one dollar per minute for the next 72 hours. This is ridiculous. Stay away!

It’s fun but kinda figure I would run into payment issues. Does anyone know how to contact these people, website doesn’t help.
