Westgate Resorts for Android

I don’t know what they did to the app but now you can’t do anything other than look at their new loyalty program stuff. It won’t accept payments. It loan load account documents or resort annual documents. It won’t let me book a stay. It doesn’t show my account number and I can’t re-add it. Did they stop paying the developer or what? Oh and I got payment coupons in the mail today although I have paid online or through the app the 7 years I’ve been a member.

I have tried time and time again to log into this app using my password, and it denies me almost every time. I can log into the app on my computer and it works just fine with the same password that I’m using on my phone but I can’t login on my phone and it’s driving me crazy. I agree with the other guy update the app Westgate this is stupid.

The app won’t let me load the presidents letter on the home page, the app won’t show my account number even though my account number has been added, and it doesn’t show my resort. What a crappy app. The computer system didn’t allow me to use my allocation today and told me I had to call the 800 number, which was closed, to make it work. What a total joke.

The app is completely useless. It is slow to load or load nothing at all. I’d rather go to the website and login which is 10x faster. Need to do a better job, the app don’t seem to be complicated at all but has all the trouble in the world that it’s just garbage.

With each new release it just keeps getting worse!! You would think with all of the money Westgate makes off of us owners they would hire an app developer that actually knows what they’re doing!! I haven’t been able to use the app in months because it’s so horrible. I don’t know which 5 year old they hired to design and update their app but they need to pony up some real money and hire someone who actually knows how to design a functional app that is helpful and useful to owners!! Beyond frustrated!!
