The app showed 1-2 minutes away from pick-up location but the car is like miles away from it. Doesn't care about customer's time and energy. So frustrating. It's cheap, but not worth the frustration. Totally not recommended for people who treasure their time and energy

Super long to wait for a car. If you want to go somewhere on time or in time, don’t use this. Use only when you have no other option or you have so much free time to wait like 30 minutes to 45 minutes.

The idea and staff are wonderful except the app. Pros: clean, environment friendly, affordable Cons: 1. the pick up points make it very difficult to book. Customer should be picked up where ever they are. Sometimes you don’t know the name of the point near the place you are going to. So limited. 2. Can’t book multiple routes or round trip at once like grab. After one passenger get off, another one has to book all over again 3. The app is slow and not accurate. Arrival time estimates are so wrong 4. Not many cars available which makes the waiting time so long. Average is 15-30 mins which is ridiculously long. If all this cons are fixed then electric Tuktuk would be an excellent choice for Bangkokians and the environment

The app is quite buggy. But moreover a fundamental flaw is that you cannot see how long a cart will take to arrive before you purchase it. Estimated pick up times swing wildly between. 15-25 minutes and then 2-5 minutes with no in between. Furthermore you can’t ever see how far a tuk-tuk is away because half the time the GPS on these cars don’t work well enough. Can’t imagine paying for this service unless some bigger issues are resolved.
