Nothing works! I want to get my money back!

I read the reviews but thought, well, I need Bob for a plane ride. Well, nothing works on my Mobile. None of the videos are viewable, and none of them are downloadable (not that that would matter, as they are not viewable anyway). They need to withdraw this from the App Store until things are fixed. Don’t waste your time!
