I have deleted and downloaded this app twice and every time I try to open the app it forces it to close. I paid for the full version of this app so it’s disappointing that it no longer works. Then I try to download the latest version and apparently I’m going to have to pay again? No way. Thus needs to be fixed or I want a refund.
Paid for app, work fine for a couple of weeks and then it stopped working. Won’t even open. Any recommendations to get this fixed?
I just had an Google software update to 13.1.2 and the Bob the Train app will no longer open. I deleted it, turned my phone off and back on and reinstalled the app. It will open to the language screen but as soon as I select English the app closes. I spent a lot of money on all the Bob videos. Please help me resolve this issue. I don’t have a problem with any other app I’ve tried so far Thanks, Diana
Horrible. App continuously keeps crashing.
Love the ap. Was Leary to pay for it when you can get it for free but it’s totally worth it. You can down load videos and not use data and watch them with out WiFi. Dry accessible. Love love love it.
