God forbid if you need customer service anytime, no one available. They just take the money and don’t even check if actual car is rented on not. No checking or post payment check. If someone not eligible for car rental than how come app took the payment? DL was asked for checking what? I should know the rule, fine than how about post payment check and support? No one there in chat or to open the case even after months. Be aware, it’s total scam.
Arrived from USA to Saudi Arabia, booked a car with this app and then hours later booking got canceled and they didn’t want to give me a refund. They keep asking for my bank account information so I can get a refund even though purchase was made with my credit card Google Pay. Stay away from this app and go with a popular trust worthy car renting franchise.
The application does not find you the nearest office to rent a car. I actually had to travel 50 minutes to return the car. The customer service was not able to help at all. للاسف هذا التطبيق جا ليكون وسيط لاغلب مكاتب تأجير السيارات الل لها سمعة سيئة ونصب على المستهلك بدل ما كانو نصابين في مكاتبهم ما عندهم احد جاك تلقاني ليكون وسيط لهم ويقدم مصلحت المكاتب عن مصلحة العميل المسكين. المسؤولية اولا في رقبة وزارة النقل ووزارة التجارة.
