I am not able to reserve a date using my season pass. The reservation s name does k not it show up. I can do this on my computer using a web browser. Horrible experience.
There is no way to log out of the app and login as somebody else. My membership is under someone else’s email address. The whole season pass thing is annoying the app is not user friendly.
How can a app nowadays be so useless? The only thing you can do is order pizza ( other food options are not available on the app) or get tickets for miniature golf for a group of 4, that’s the only option there is. This has been a issue for years now. Reviews from 2 years ago say the same thing as I did and a reply said they would get in contact with the Roseville location to get them to update their features! I’m very disappointed in this app!! UPDATE: Thank you so much for your replay! That’s sounds great knowing there will be more options on the app sometime in the future :)
And that’s the whole reason i downloaded the app. I could click the order food button, and select the restaurant I wanted and then nothing would load. Super bummed cuz the food lines are always ridiculous. 🤷🏻♀️
