Can't open common filetypes used in text editors

It only will open a .txt file - but text editors are commonly used by devs for .js .xml .java -- etc when doing quick edits. Also macs don't save text files with an extension but you're marketing this on a Android platform so you must know this. Sorry but I need a refund.
