Why is the app saying 3840 and not allowing me to see my cameras?

App doesn’t work

App keeps closing, when i try to go back and review videos i cant skip to certain parts i really have to watch an entire 30 min video just to see 10 seconds.

Never works properly

This is one of the worst apps. It hardly ever works and when it does it’s not working the way it should. I constantly have to log off and log back in. It’s extremely slow. Heaven forbid I would actually need it in an emergency. Please fix this app!!
