Please improve the playback options. It just shows a black screen every time. If I can’t even download the recorded footage, then why have the option?
You said “the developer” stoped updating the app in 2014. ITS YOUR APP and you have not made a replacement app to work with equipment you are selling. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They sell products they do not support then blame their “developer”. What a rip off! Don’t get me started on how frustrating the app was when it was supposedly working. If you make an app, expect to update it or make your equipment work with third party apps. It’s not hard.
Doesn’t even get to logon attempt. Additionally, the developer no longer supports nightowl pro. Why not simply remove it from the app store?
My Dvr will not connect to the app. Two people at night owl said that my device is too old for them to help me with. It is four years old. Would not recommend.
This app was working well until one of the iOS updates, maybe 14.5 or less. When can we expect it to work again? Using will CAM-IPPT-HDW
