W Box VMS1 for Android

It takes minutes before W Box loads. It’s not my phone nor internet connection. My other DVR loads instantly from my phone.

App keeps freezing and I cannot launch configuration management. System will not sync with NTP server and when it reboots it goes back to the beginning of time. I need to keep reseating cables for the POE to power a couple of cameras. Don’t waste your money.

I really wish you would invest some money in the app and fix the issues of playback, live view lag/freeze and many other issues. I can’t use myself let alone sell to anyone.

I recently upgraded my nvr & cameras. I used the other (older?) VMS app. I never had an issue. It worked great, never crashed, etc... This app crashes and LAGS! I’ve only had this app for a few days, I’ll give it a little bit of time. If nothing improves, I’m going to see if there is a different app I can use with my camera brand. Please fix this app!

This app is junk. Remote access doesn’t work. Even in the home access is spotty at best.
