Support is the worst and app doesn't work

been back and forth with support for 4 months now. They respond every couple of weeks. Always same answer; make sure you are signed into the correct account, make sure you are in the right country, etc. My account has a photo so I know its the right one; besides I use the QR code to sign in. Worthless use of harddrive space.

Each release gets worse

Each software release gets worse. Same with the cams.

Long way to go

Needs touch and/or face id sign in or the option to save the password so you don't have to put in a password every time you open it. That my #1 disapointment at this time other than not disclosing what they are doing with personal information.

Not support 4 split screen after upgrade

after update, it only supports 9 split screen, not 4 split screen anymore. 9 split screen is just too small to see each camera.
