The user experience on this app is very poor. Allow us to see where the busses are related to the stops. Also, it would be handy to allow us to make a note in the app where we parked, if even just the bus stop (Blue-X and maybe a date).
I just boarded the shuttle at PDX. The app shows that two available shuttles are both on the opposite end of the route, at the lot. I provided feedback to the developers with the screenshot.
Bus times are never even remotely accurate. Useful information like the frequent collapse of routes is missing or impossible to find. Don’t waste your data or your phone storage on this criminally bad app.
ETAs are inaccurate. GPS works. Useless app but it passes the time while you’re waiting. Highly recommend to download and then delete after 5 mins.
Indication of where the shuttles are is not close at all.
