Used to be my "go to" printer brand

No drivers on their website, instead "Use iPrint&Scan". It's clearly not supported nor in the list of supported versions It's an older model, but it still works fine on the Network. I just don't want to set it up on the Network every time I set it up. Last Brother printer I'll ever buy This isn't compatible: HL-L2660DW

No Double-Sided Functionality

I'm using this on a Android and it is less than optimal. Every Brother support area shows this app as having the option for double-sided scans, but there is actually no way to do this. This is like 1980's technology. Please update this so I can use one of the BASIC fuctions of the Brother machine I own. This will keep me from purchasing Brother products in the future.

App wont even work

I have a Android (12.4). I got the app and everything worked great for about 2 weeks. After 2 weeks the app simply would open on my laptop. I tried everything (updating my computer deleting the app and redownloading, etc.) I ended up calling customer support and they were very unhelpful and said that it was an Google issue? So, I called Google. There was nothing they could do either. So now I have a scanner that I literally cannot use.
