Great tool, especially for creative work. I love the shortcut button for opening snaps in Photoshop, its so convenient for creative work. If the app isnt working, ensure that Snip has screen recording enabled in the system preferences under security and privacy/screenrecording. Then use command shift X to bring up the tool.
I press the same combination it tells you to type and it does not appear anywhere on my screen. Total garbage.
I just had to press command+shift+X and all I had to do was click the top right hand corner and just drag up to where I wanted the screen shot. Let the mouse go and it gave me an option to copy or save as a picture. Simply and easy.
Need not say much more. Couldn’t get the thing to even open. Deleted.
Just downloaded it. I agree with the other reviewer that the icons are not self explanatory and I will need to remember the Command-Shift-X after a few months when I need to use it again. But overall quite useful and does what’s expected.
