Avira Phantom VPN & WiFi Proxy for Android

I frequently cannot connect to the vpn. I would highly recommend a different one just because this one does not work often

Ive Been In the computer business over 25 yrs . I loved avira . Although the past few years the VPN has been a nightmare on OS X .Period. If you want headaches purchase .The worst in support the worst app ever period

Doesn't connect.

I used the free version on the Android for a few seconds and it worked, so upgraded to premium and paid for a year. Then it stopped working. This thing doesn't log anything anywhere. No feedback. Ununistall. Re-install. Nothing. I logged into their website using Google ID and it's not smart enough to hook up my in-app purchases, anyway. Forget trying to contact support. The button on their website doesn't even work. A was really happy with their antivirus product but now I'm thinking I'll uninstall that and use something else.

My VPN went down two weeks ago. I wound up buying a new service because trying to get ahold of these ding-dongs is impossible. I paid-in-full for a year. They let me loging and acknowledge I have purchaed the VPN. When I attempt to follow a link to CS, they deny I have an account. They also won't let you use the same account if you switch users on the same computer. I cancelled their renewal, which isn't until October, and they didn't even reach out in an email to ask if they could keep my business. that's business 101. absolute steaming hot trash. awful. awful awful company. j*sus, you what good CSR does? sellls. let people call you. bunch of ding-dongs. I wish "zero stars" was an option.
