Transit GO Ticket for Android

My son’s family and I drove to the station took the Northgate station to International district. Had a blast shopping and eating! While we were on the train my son showed me how I could take it to the airport so he didn’t need to take time off from work to drive me to the airport. It was wonderful to be independent on my trip home.

Really love to utilize and support public transit during my work trips to Seattle. Keep the extra car off the street, keep on using my feet. But the payments in this app are rough. I’ve almost missed my bus or train a couple times because I’m still trying to check out while I try to make a quick connection. Why don’t they utilize ApplePay? Why do they ask me for my code from my credit card every time? Why do I have to buy an entirely separate pass for the bus and the light rail? Is there no unified system, like the Clipper card in San Francisco? One card/form of payment to pay for everything? Just load it and tap (or show it) and go? Lots of key area for big improvements possible.

This app is awful… And the customer service support is even worse. You order a ticket, it does not come. You call them to figure out where it went, they don’t know.

My phone broke so I had to get a new one and now my tickets are “locked” because they’re associated with my broken phone. So now I just lost money because of this ridiculous programmatically lazy feature of the app. Just lost money again, got charged twice for a bus pass.

Crashes when I choose a date/time on the trip planner. Otherwise a good app. Will update once that is fixed.
