Don’t waste your time

This app is a joke. I went to a listed station and made my gas purchase following all the directions. Just after the purchase was completed it looked in the app like I had not completed the purchase, thankfully I had made sure to get my receipt from the pump. I downloaded my receipt and now, days later, I get an email saying sorry no credit because no proof of purchase. Don’t waste your time on this crap, you’ll just wind up with a headache.

Still no response

I have three stars because of the lack of support and the problems with check-in. I see every comment before and after mine had a developer response but for some reason mine did not. Most of them were people complaining about low offers, mine was about so many purchases declined because their check-in doesn’t work. Would be nice to hear a comment from a developer other than email customer service. Because customer service just tells you that you did something wrong when you follow every single step correctly. HEY DEVELOPERS, instead of telling people to contact useless customer service, how about working on the issues!!!!

App suddenly decided not to launch

Hi! It’s been about 2 weeks now andI am guessing it has something to do with the updates. My app suddenly decides not to launch . I have about $300 worth of cash to redeem and now I think I’ve lost all of it. Not happy.

Was a great app

I loved this app and was using it almost everyday. But for the last month or so the only grocery store in my area on the app is stuck at 1% back. I’m not gonna use the app for 1% back. It used to fluctuate between 7-15% back. My mom (who I live with) uses it also and hers fluctuates normally for the same store. Maybe I’ve saved too much money?
