sluggish

this app is so sluggish and does not open preferences when i click on it 75% of the time. needs an update badly.

You will have to guessing on how to use it

Information required to set up even included provided us is not specific, good luck trying to set up an account yourself (I do have an extensive computer knowledge). Setting up IPv6 DNS responder for hurricane electric what a huge headache I had to spend 4 hrs searching forums.

WARNING CATALINA ISSUES

Great product but currently doesnt work with Catalina. Cant roll back at the moment, so will just await an update. Otherwise a great product.

Catalina problems

RealDNS is a terrific product and does exactly what it claims to do. It's worth the cost and I've been very happy with it up until now... After upgrading my Android to Android Catalina (10.15) RealDNS is no longer doing any IP updates with DuckDNS. Nothing. Nada. I can trace the cessation of updates back to exactly the point in time when I upgraded to Catalina. I left feedback on their support site a few days ago but so far, no reply. I hope this gets some attention. It's a terrific utility and I'd hate to have to start using something else.
