ANA MILEAGE CLUB for Android

Airline operation is 5-stars, but this app, and their web interface? 1 star. I want to see my reservation without having to enter the reservation number and name for every reservation I have. ANA app says I need AMC account to link the reservations to my accounts. Nope. There is no place I can register the reservations so when I log in, i don’t have to Re enter all the info to see all of my reservations. As is, I have to type in my name and reservation number every time, and app won’t record or remember it. So…. Airline operations is stellar, but they need to hire web designer with modern comprehension of what an app could do. Comparing this app to something like United and American Airlines app puts ANA web/app designers to horrible shame.

ANA always gives great customer service. They take of us, ANA is the only airline we use. They always look out for us and have very clean airplanes.

We need mileage card in Google wallet. Plz

We had been flying with ANA for the last 3 yrs just got back from our recent flight March 16th Manila to Haneda NH 870 and connecting flight from Haneda to Los Angeles NH 160. Love to fly ANA airlines crews and staff are pleasant and very helpful.

Cannot save membership card into Google Wallet.
