I’ve never left a review for an app before. This app gives me such frequent headaches that it prompted me to finally give it a one star review. I need this app to run my business and it seems every time I try to use it nothing loads and it continues to say we are working on it! They are not working on it, I constantly update the app, close it out, reopen, continue to refresh and cannot get basic information about my reservations. It is so frustrating.

This app is clunky & what you can do as a host is so limiting. Airbnb is leaps and bounds better with their user interface, and it pains me to compliment that company too. Why can’t I easily navigate to guest info from the calendar? Why doesn’t it let me review from the app (sometimes)? Why am I receiving payment after a guest checks out? Like VRBO released the payment 3 days AFTER check in?? I’ve been unable to update pricing within the phone app. Basically everything you could think of is not user friendly. Also, can you not see any reviews of a guest BEFORE you accept a booking? Yikes. 1 star VRBO. Do better.
Slow, clunky, and very frustrating. I constantly have to resign into this app and it is very slow. It takes too many clicks to get to anywhere and because it’s slow it takes forever. Messaging with guests is also difficult and takes forever
I almost never write reviews but it is very frustrating using this application. Especially when you juxtapose it to the Airbnb application. Still probably 90% of the time the application logs me out and requires me to put in my username and password before I can get back in. It doesn’t save anything. Once you’re in literally for the last couple months I have not been able to send messages back to my guest through the mobile app. I have to go onto the website on my laptop in order to send messages. I just don’t understand why they can’t make the overall user experience for owners better.
