Unable to access

I heard good things about this app. But for some reason, all I get is the login screen and password screen. Over and over and over again. Please help. Thank you

Infinite loop can’t sign in

Account using authentication code from authentication app and it lets me enter for one second then it cycles me through the login again.

My credentials are correct yet I’m sent through an endless loop of User Name and Password screens. I have deleted the app. Reinstalled the app. Nothing works.

Useless — No Access!

Sometimes our own church’s tech people just don’t work smart. I have been Ward Building Cleaning Coordinator and Stake Technology Specialist, but have had no access to the FM Group to get things fixed. It is maddening—even more so because the Church app developers do not respond to input and requests for app fixes.

Just keeps asking for username and password. Overall rating of 2.8. Why would you allow this to be available to the public? Maybe start over with real developers that know what they are doing.
