Super easy to us

I read some reviews before downloading and was a little worried but everything was super easy. Created an account, add the card to my Google wallet, loaded 15$ onto it from my Google Pay and I’ve been set all weekend.

Terrible and often inconvenient

The app logged me out of my account, I’ve tried to retrieve my username, but I’ve yet to receive the link so i can sign back into my account. It’s been 2 days of this. The bus tracking feature on this app isn’t accurate either.

Great app functionality with few suggestions

1. Add ventra transit card directly from Google wallet app similar to the clipper SmarTrip and TAP transit cards. 2. Add transit pass purchase option called CTA/PACE/METRA 30-day pass (equivalent to regional connect (RC) pass) instead of having to puchase metra monthly pass first and then have the option to add the other two agencies through RC pass. User interface is key. 3. PLEASE add a safety reporting component to the Ventra app for users to “see something and SAY something”. This would help in reporting passenger safety concerns.

Awful App

This is a “looks good” app that doesn’t work as it should. The poor performance of this app is similar to the decline of Chicago. Schedules aren’t updated. It shows bus departures that don’t happen. The favorites are no longer supported and shows no information. Ventra doesn’t respond to email inquiries. Bad all around experience.
