I ordered food from uber eats, standing in front of my office building to received it. After a while I received a notification said the order is completed, while I was still standing waiting and no one came. Tried to contact the driver but in vain, then I tried to contact customer service but also got nothing. Then I have to walk to another restaurant to have lunch and lost the money on uber. Such a scam service.
All perfect lots of space - however the cost with surcharge at 4 pm on Saturday was a bit outrageous ! Cost me 130 dollars approx - I would consider alternate transport if I had time at that price …

My account disabled for no reason, I just go to the app like normal and it just lock my account without any notice from the Uber management, that’s not professional at all. So disappointed
How tfuk all trips i ve booked are at least 5m late from the schedule
