Need super luck to have decent items

For a gacha i don’t mind bad pulls for characters but you also need super luck for items, been playing since launch and I can’t enjoy the game content because I only have 1 set of decent gear for 1 character AND I don’t have enough materials to upgrade temporary items because the Devs think that they should be RARE (extremely rare) and yes, I’m still farming gear for my 2nd character since launch and of course, not enough gear upgrade materials
