Disgraceful

After less than 2 years from purchase of an Enterprise Edition, priced at over 70 Euros, I am advised to “upgrade” (?!?) to CrewLounge in order to continue using the app. The app as I knew it no longer works on my Android with Catalina OS. So yes, I was basically ripped 70 Euros and now they want me to pay for a yearly subscription. Poor excuse of an explanation for that is they are “keeping with industry standards”. Would really appreciate my money back, but I “guess” that it ain’t gonna happen. Industry standards, probably... DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! DON’T FALL FOR THIS, in a couple years they will change their minds, whatever you have paid for, and that’s it. You’ve been scammed.

Mcc/crewlounge not working for aims import

I have mcc pilot by 3 yeas now, the version 3,6 worked smoothly to import the company AIMS roaster but since i update the mcc to 4,0 5,0 or crewlounge it does not work anymore. I already asked many times for a solution to the support with no sucess. Do not recomend the app and the software anymore

There is no support.. my software is no longer working for more than 3 months and I’ve contacted the support several times with no answer..

Paid and can’t use even the offline version

Title self explained. I try to log a flight and the app crashes. What a waste of money couple years ago.

The best logbook app

MccPilotLog is the best logbook app. Very user friendly. Allows you to download your hours from companies rosters systems, using your PC or Android. Using the cloud, you may keep your mobile synchronized with your computer. There are many logbook standards to print. The support team is very helpful. I really recommend.
