Have been trying to sort out my privilege club membership have been member since 2006 but I keep getting passed around saying have sent my complaint and someone will contact me still waiting has been two weeks and now the app doesn’t work I will be cancelling my membership and return to emirates I fly regularly from Europe to Australia so was a good client rubbish service
Honestly this app works horrendously, a lot of features don’t work or take ages to load, Qatar has become as bad as a budget airline
Travel requirements are NOT updated and will lead to unfortunate situations at the airport. The info on the app about available flights is not the same as the info Qatar gives if you call. But if you book by phone, they will charge 30 bucks per ticket under “administrative expenses”…
