Good luck if you have the slightless problem with your booking, you are basically dealing with a chat robot that knows 10 options, any minor complexity no available human to talk too. Such a pity airasia has converted to this customer nughtmare
Totally deceptive
The app works really badly. It takes forever to load, is often unresponsive, online check-in worked but the sms link gave an error, and even via the app the QR code wouldn’t show up.
QR code for boarding passes do not show for ios 13.2.3 on Android 7. I am using the latest version of the app.
I rather prefer an expensive basic ticket than start paying for little things that change considerably the final price.
