They cancelled my international flight this morning less than 3 hours before take off. I changed to a later flight which will be delayed (if it arrives at all) by 1 1/2 hours. If I manage to make it to my destination I’ve already lost £100 on the train connection in spite of a 3 hour + incompetence buffer! EasyJet, if you’re totally incapable of running an airline why don’t you get a junk food franchise instead, that way you can deal with people that already have no expectation of quality of service? Do us all a favour and take yourselves off the market. All sat on the aircraft at Gatwick, no one available to let us exit, what a shower!
You’re ruining peoples dreams not keeping them alive! Never again! You cancel a flight late at night and as usual no one is there to help! Leaving passengers to deal with ai software in the middle of night that can’t solve problems! You just cost me over 300€ and a day lost, and your system still won’t let me get a refund or anything! Shame on you!!!
Súper rápido y fácil
In the app’s settings I turn off News & Offers, press the back button, return to communications setting and it’s turned on! On the web site it’s turned off. Yet I keep getting marketing material. EasyJet I DO NOT WANT MARKETING MATERIAL!!!!
