Maybe the prices are good, however, I am asking that my dates be changed or that my flight be canceled because the country I want to travel to is in quarantine and tourism is basically prohibited, nor because of this situation they want to help me.
I have booked a flight and i almost pay 1500$ and the airline cancelled my booking (( return flight ) and they didn't refund anything the flight Each time i was trying to call they put me on hold and they close it in the end and after hard trying with them literally daily they late almost 8 months and after 8 months i check my refund state still in process but for only 400$ it is not a good agency i don’t recommend any one to buy from it better deal with airlines direct or use another agency who respect their customers and don’t steal them
Very nice service
Love using their site online but I tried the app for the first time and it booked my flights with incorrect names - my boyfriends name and mine were mixed, he had my middle name... so odd, I triple checked all spelling as it was my first time using the app and I was already nervous. Customer service was able to help but it still cost me to fix it and I won’t be using the app again. Hopefully they can resolve the issues!
Nobody at the Customer support service is able to talk a decent English. From 8am to 9pm I’ve been on the phone or waiting for them to call me back. Every time they drop the line or send you to an other services. My issue was about a problem with my credit card. They asked me to open a PayPal account because I was not able to provide an other credit card. I open a PayPal call them back... It’s not possible to pay trough PayPal on the phone. I have to make a new Booking on the website 80$ more expensive than my last booking less than 24hours before I tried and finally impossible as well to pay online with PayPal. Thank you for the misinformation and wasting of time and energy.
