I GET SCAMMED FOR NO REASON!!!!

DON’T REGISTER OR DOWNLOAD They scammed me first £1 + £1 + £1 + £10 for registering, they denied my application because they said I had a driving license for 1 year, I complained to tell them they were wrong because I have it for 5 years (since 2016) I never had a fine, impeccable driving license... They responded saying that they would deny me again but this time they didn't give me any answer and they didn't give me my money back either. very good scam.

Good but there is some thing to change

When i reserve the car for one hour for example and i finish before one hour they take the price of one hour , it should be just the time i used the car between lock and unlock

Completely waste of time

I’ve been trying to create an account for more than one month. After speaking with 5 different employees by phone and mail, still can’t create my account. Every time that I send my documentation and driving license, they only ask for more. It's been 2 weeks since the last mail that I sent them and I don’t have any answer yet. Very angry with the customer service because I really needed the car this month.
