DON’T REGISTER OR DOWNLOAD They scammed me first £1 + £1 + £1 + £10 for registering, they denied my application because they said I had a driving license for 1 year, I complained to tell them they were wrong because I have it for 5 years (since 2016) I never had a fine, impeccable driving license... When i reserve the car for one hour for example and i finish before one hour they take the price of one hour , it should be just the time i used the car between lock and unlock
I’ve been trying to create an account for more than one month. After speaking with 5 different employees by phone and mail, still can’t create my account. Every time that I send my documentation and driving license, they only ask for more. It's been 2 weeks since the last mail that I sent them and I don’t have any answer yet. Very angry with the customer service because I really needed the car this month.
