Too complex

The overall system of Parkster with SMS and the app is very time consuming and doesn’t work well for tourists. When you download and activate your account you need to fill in your life story! Compared to other parking Apps this is the worst one.

Awful! Scam!!

They charged me 3 times for the same parking ticket!! Also they finally sent me a reminder that I had not payed and I had to transfer 6.99 € to avoid being sued. Customer service is a joke, they reply once every 10 days and they basically do nothing!!! NEVER USE THIS APP EDIT - 4 months after original post After contacting customer support several times and never receive a reply back. After 4 (four) months I got the first reply basically acknowledging that they have received my payment don’t replying anything about my concerns or the different proofs I sent about the wrong invoice. Nothing has changed about my original opinion. This is a SCAM.

No Credit Card or Direct Debit Option

I used the App for parking once, The parking fee was around 1 €. Then they started to bully me with invoices and bank transfers requests with delay penalties and legal threats. Once I realised who they were I payed 6,99 euros but before deleting the app I wanted to make sure that everyone is warned about this impolite app.
