The property is old school cool, and I love it. The people working here are friendly, accommodating, and responded quickly to requests. My fellow guests were friendly, and quiet. . It's located off of the main streets, and is quiet. I actually heard very little of the goons on outside of my room. Which had an excellent bed--and that's from someone whose body needs one that's supportive, and does not "bounce." I slept very well. The room was clean, smelled good, and, I SO APPRECIATE OYO USING FRESH BEDSPREADS WITH EACH NEW GUEST. Hotel bedspreads that are shared from guest to guest are just gross.
Oyo’s rate changes even after paying full amount in advance . I had a worst experience with one of the oyos where I have paid full amount in the app and at the check in they charged double the amount I paid initially as additional fees , which is ridiculous. The worst experience ever
I booked a hotel through an agent and he said 11 rooms are available and early check in possible without any issues. Then I went to the hotel and they denied my check in. I lost my cab charges going there. When I called the customer service, they put me on hold for several time and this continued for 2 hours. They finally just hang up the call without resolving the issue. I missed my urgent meeting because of this mess. I am just done with oyo for my life.
