Why would you want to be able to place a call from your desk phone miles away and not hear anything from within the app? I had people in the office telling me they could hear my speakerphone at my desk in use while I was attempting to use the app - who wants that? Why is that even a feature?

Have to keep reinstalling for it to work properly, avoid if you can.

I’ve been using this app for the past year and it was working well for what I needed. The new version seems to have removed the option to make a call from my cellphones. It restricts options to make direct calls or from the base phone. I need the app to let me call using my cellphone.

I tried setting this app up for my office phone number. Setup was easy but when I tested this app, it doesn’t display any notification when the phone number is receiving a call. I only get a notification after I missed the call. What use is this?!?!?

The mute button freezes. So when I’m on a call and on mute I can’t get off mute without quitting the app (leaving the call) and restarting the app. Has cost me minutes and time on some really important calls. How does a button jam on an app? Terrible design.
