This was my cocktail app for years, until I had to wipe my Android. The developer has failed to implement any way to backup or transfer the cocktails that you’vs carefully added to the “library.” So basically this is just some kind of slick joke app. Maybe this would’ve been ok back in the era of lighter and beer drinking apps. But it’s 2022 and this app is still stuck in 2009. It looks great and works well, but don’t count on it. I hope Google remove this #abandonware from the App Store.
Great app. Hasn't been updated in a while. I'd like to see the ability to just import a photo of the drink instead of the included animations. As an example, there's no layered drink photos. I'd be fine just using my own pics in that case. The ability to reorganize the cards by category (season, primary liquor, etc) would also be nice. Still, even without all that, this is a 5 star app.
I kept losing drink recipes or storing them in Notes - this app is so much better and fun! I would give it 6-stars with a few more garnish options (Rosemary sprig, basil, etc.), but it does have 95% of what you may garnish with at home.
Love this app for noting cocktails, but it’s time to update it. Please update!
I love that I can create my own recipe cards that are fully editable. I can color code and arrange as I see fit. It also allows you to adjust or make recipes your own and to what you have on hand. It’s also so simple for when your really busy but need that recipe for that cocktail that’s ordered only once a year. You don’t have to navigate through multiple sections to find what you need. Just open the app and all your cards are right there in any order you put them in. My only complaint is that it’s missing key items. For example the 2 most common glass types in a bar the shot and pint glass. It could also use a few more garnish and add “splash” as a measurement. Color selection is limited but not that big of a deal. Spell check would also be great.
