This app and service have been wonderful for me and my family. We’ve used it at home and on vacation and it’s been great!
I have used it for over four years now I love this app but this new update has really disappointed me and is making me reconsider. In the past you can purchase items from a store and click on “past orders” to purchase from my most recent trips. Now the moved the “past orders” and have to go “home” go to “past orders. There is not an easy way to continue browsing. From “past orders” you have to go back “home” and then select your store again.It is back-and-forth and makes no sense. PLEASE CHANGE. - dedicated shipped customer
It’s been days since i issued a refund and I still have yet to get it I called texted emailed and the only thing they kept telling me was 3 days then that went to I’m srry I don’t know an estimate of how long you have to wait I even sent my a picture of my id and mail to confirm address, for sum reason they needed that but I still have yet to get feedback on my order then they keep putting me on hold saying they do srry for the hold up it’s ridiculous how long I have to wait for my Refund once I get my refund this all is getting deleted just terrible
I’ve used Shipt for months now but recently, my shoppers have had poor communication (my settings are on “notify me”) & have substituted items for ones more expensive without notifying me (some of my items have been doubled in price). Customer service has not been much help either so I won’t be using Shipt anymore. It used to come in handy since I don’t have a way to get to the store easily but I will switch over to Instacart instead. :(
