This app attempts to provide a middle person between you and lawn care providers. It does a terrible job at this. I tired 3 different providers they recommended and the last provider rescheduled so much I didn’t even get my yard done at all. I tried to get my money back from the company but they refused so I got ripped off for the last month of paid services. When the providers did come out they did a pretty bad job as well. Stick with local companies, this app fails to provide what it has set out to do. And you’re welcome for the large tip you took from me!
They came and went without giving any information. I had to send messages. They told me to call support. If there is this app, why am I calling support? Now I have to wait for 1 month to get my grass cut. I don't know the costs, I don't know what will be done. Just cancelled this service and I'm done with it.
Great app, so easy to use. Quick responses and easy to communicate, I’ve have trouble the last few years with no shows and slow responses(days). Also payment when I’m in and out of town & working nights was always difficult, so this is a breeze. Wish I would of done this sooner. Side note they even found and returned my missing wallet that somehow made its way in the backyard! Very trustworthy!
I was delighted to use the service at first when moving into a new house. Read the decent reviews, downloaded app and went on scheduling lawn services. First visit (grass around 3” tall already) cancelled twice. Each time the providers stated they needed more money. Fair. Would've been okay spending more, just get my lawn cut. Contacted support after two cancellations pretty annoyed as now im the new guy on the block with tall grass over week later. Support more or less begged I remain with them. Sure. Got 50% off. A crew came eventually and the grass was cut a few days later. Come to find out later a portion of my pool fence was weedwacked. Images taken and was willing to overlook to keep lawn cared for. Second visit also cancelled. Sent an email, contacted support about the weedwacked pool fence. Preferred once again that my account get closed as their “three cut minimum” would probably take two months with the number of cancellations. The crew showed up pretty much 10 minutes later, mowed the lawn and vanished. Fine. The punchline ofcourse, account immediately closed once they saw my request about the sliced up pool fence and had the nerve to send a “rate your support experience” email twice. I wholeheartedly tried to ignore the first email review but if so needed to send me two emails well here it is. Surely behind the scenes contracted crews are being underpaid due to underquoted jobs and there is minimal communication between everyone. Avoid the headache.
