I had issues from start to finish. First it would not verify my account with out location services permitted but it would not ask me for location permissions and their step by step was useless. Support finally gets it working and I schedule several jobs just for them to tell me my account was deactivated. They are 0 help. Zero help! They are not going to fix any issue you have.
New update and now i cant even get the app open? Losing out on jobs to pick up please fix this soon.
Okay but needs work
I love the app it help get my business off the ground. I was able to get some decent jobs. However, most of the client I have been to lie about the size of their yard. Not only that most of the jobs do not pay much and yes they do take a portion of the money and charge the clients a fee. Agin this is a good a app to get started but not a good one for the long run because they pay very good. I once did a 1.5 acre for $48.32 because the client lied and said it was .5 acres.
The crew function needs work. It’s not very easy to set up with the app. Update crew section still unresolved. I have 2 crews on my profile I can’t get rid of and support will not assist. 7/26 app forced an update that doesn’t work so I’m not sure if my rating will drop due to not having access.
