This is one of the single worst customer experiences I have ever had. There is ZERO customer support. It is essentially a TOTAL SCAM! Update: the company has asked me to reconsider this review. I am DOUBLING DOWN - the model of this company is to swallow profits instead of investing in an appropriate customer service department. I DARE YOU TO FIND A PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT!

I bought tickets to an Elton John concert here in Cleveland many months ago. After seven attempts I still have not received my tickets. Customer support goes through the same dialogue every single time. They also say that I cannot talk to management. Something is very phony about this company. Avoid them at all costs. Or it will cost you.
