Poor product management

Early user of liner. Picked it over pocket app because of the folder feature where I could index articles and share the folder. Since then, the product has morphed into this unusable social stream where tags are replaced by folders (not shareable) tags aren’t easily searchable, and the safari extension barely works. Soon to leave for an alternative. Sad.

Customer support only scours these reviews

No customer support. Have sent 3-4 emails with 0 responses. No way to export multiple entries/websites at once. The instructions on the FAQ are outdated and can’t be followed as they are now presented. Try Diigo/Memex/Matter

Agree : Terrible Execution

Trying to copy and paste from my Amazon order to Google Notes. This damned thing blocked the process. Only option is to de-install. Ugh.
