Chicken Salad Chick for Android

Don’t even consider ordering grape salad because regardless of how many times you answer how you like the topping, it still asks and stops the order. Don’t even consider ordering soup. Because regardless of how many times you tell it the soup you want, it still asks and stops the order. I love Chicken Salad Chick. But their app is so bad that I often go somewhere else that I can order what I want and have it ready when I arrive. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP!!!!!

It’s been a year since the app was updated. It is a bit clunky to use and should be streamlined. A couple ideas: be able to select messages and delete them all at once or swipe to delete. Instead one must open the message, hit delete, approve delete, repeat. Also I would like the ability to view menu items without having to start an order.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I can NEVER sign in - constantly says app is “in development mode.” It’d equivalent to a bait and switch when you’re promised a certain amount of loyalty points but there’s no way for you to even log in to redeem them. Get it together.

1$ per point…. So spend 200$ to get 10$ free? Pretty garbage point system. Turns me off to eating here.

I accidentally logged out and now I can’t recover my account. I had over 300 points and was about to use the $10 off reward. It’s not recognizing my email address. I’m unable to login with Facebook as well.
