You can’t get this app to load past the login screen. Absolutely ridiculous. Useless.

This app is basically useless for doing anything, you still have to call to get any information or to ask any questions. I was told there was a “chat” feature on here, but I don’t see one. Why isn’t there some sort of searchable database to find out what tests or prescriptions are covered? If people could do more themselves in this app, there wouldn’t be such a ridiculously long wait on the phone! I just have a simple question to see if a test kit is covered or not, but there’s no where to find that without calling. I also can’t print anything from the app, I have to log in every time I open it and the only thing that’s on there is generic info- if you actually need to do anything or have a question, you have to call! I just don’t see the point of this app.

You send letters and forms that cannot be downloaded or exported. How am I supposed to fill out a letters you send? The letters you send say to take it in person to an address—but there’s no directions on how to submit anything online or in the app. The app barely works altogether. It can’t remember your log in or username. It freezes all the time, can’t log in most of the time at all. The place where you can actually upload documents is hard to find and the options for document types are limited and inaccurate. You sent me a letter for recertification and that’s not even an option for documents? On top of forcing people to beg for help every couple months, you can’t even make an app that os functional or at all useful for anyone but yourselves.
