Doesn’t work
We’ve had this app awhile and was hoping it would be fixed. Cannot download any letters even though it is paid for . I’d rate it a zero if I could. We should be refunded. Very frustrating.

Never received content I paid for
I bought this in 2018 and still cannot download the content that I paid for. The support email is blocked. I want a refund. Seems like many others dealt with this too. Terrible.
