The connection too Android is too poor and most of the times say cannot connect. The Mobile connect sometimes but the app keep saying to go turn on your Bluetooth and pair which is already bea n done. Too bad the company doesn't intend to upgrade their app.
If you are downloading on Mobile, go to the left corner where it says "Mobile only" and switch it to "Android only" this will solve the problem!

Also was unable to locate the app by searching the App Store as per instructions. However I located a link to the app on the Silverlit website. Search for Ferrari and scroll down to the Enzo Ferrari Bluetooth app- make sure you don't select the smart link Enzo app. Downloaded easily and car works great.
The vehicle purchased was a Silverlet Ferrari. The instructions were to download Enzo Ferrari Silverlit Bluetooth RC. It does not exist. A LaFerrari app appeared and not compatible. Son is very sad. I hope that I get a return call from the company. Will advise.
