Wire • Secure Messenger for Android

We're a small team that decided to use Wire as a Slack replacement. The product itself was insanely subpar (laggy messages, calls drop, very small feature set, overall really slow), but we paid for the product and kept using it until we switched over to Keybase. A year later we get a MASSIVE bill charged directly to my personal card despire us not using the product (and not getting a warning of being charged). When I reached out they simply said they don't have a refund policy and a link to delete our company account :(

Secure, private, AND feels like a modern chat application. I love it.

I downloaded Wire for what turned out to be a fraudulent job offer. I emailed them to report that their platform was being used for fraud and have received no response back after almost two weeks. It makes me wonder if Wire is legitimate.

Half the time or more people tell me they never get my messages, randomly i'll get signed out then log in-only to have all my history missing. The delay when messages do work is pretty bad. Overall not very reliable.

Works good for me. Pleasant minimalistic design. No ads from social networks. Privacy. Have hopes for future app development, group video chats etc. Greetings from Belarus.
