I bought this app based on looks (the pictures and colors were attractive) so naturally, I was skeptical about its effectiveness but I was in for a big surprise. The program starts off easy and I thought (based on day 1) that it wasn't going to be enough to achieve great results such as the girls shown in the app. But as I continued, the workouts got more intense and I realized the first days were just a stepping stone to build up your body's resistance. You'll see a slight change by week 2 but mostly in the legs and thighs. By week 4 you can see a big change in overall lower body with the nicest change being the buttocks area. I love this app because the workouts are explained in detail and not crazy-impossible to mimic. You don't need a timer because you just have to follow along with the timer on screen. Everything is very sleek and simple. I absolutely recommend it! Cons: no rest days
