Really bad app and no customer service

The App refuses to ever work right. It struggles to offer DVR in your house. DVR doesn’t work when you aren’t at home. So many things don’t work right on this app. Today it is crashing repeatedly. I have reset my main DVR box and restarted my Mobile repeatedly. Completely useless…

Still needs improvement

Much better than when they started but I'm waiting for them to add more channels. I had so many more when it was Verizon - every channel I subscribed to was available on the app. Why not on the FrontierTV app? Also I still randomly lose connection even though the Wi-Fi is still connected.

Stopped working

Last week I would’ve given this app @ least 4.5 stars. This week it won’t stay open when I try to look @ tv listings or access DVR. Perhaps it needs an update since the last IOS update?
